Quick answers before you book
Do I have to gamble to stay here?
Not at all. Plenty of guests come for the rooms, restaurants, spa and live music and never touch a table.
Is Wagermoor suitable for families?
Our hotel areas welcome all ages, but the gaming hall and certain bars are strictly 21 and over. Children must be accompanied by an adult in all public areas.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in opens at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Early arrival and late departure can often be arranged — just ask the front desk.
Can I book a package?
Yes. Dinner-and-stay, spa and cabaret bundles are available. Mention the package when you reserve and we'll tailor it.
Is there parking?
Covered self-parking and valet are both available on site. Rates are listed on our stay policies page.
